Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and create visually appealing, user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
  2. Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality code.
  3. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  4. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
  6. Maintain and update existing websites and applications to meet usability and performance standards.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
  2. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  3. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  4. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  5. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Design Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design.
  2. Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
Soft Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a similar UI/UX development role.
  3. Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  4. Knowledge of motion design or animation tools is a plus.
