UI/UX Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and create visually appealing, user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of both design principles and front-end development, ensuring seamless interaction between users and our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality code.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Maintain and update existing websites and applications to meet usability and performance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Design Skills:
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar UI/UX development role.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of motion design or animation tools is a plus.
